Françoise Gaill is a deep-sea biologist. She has worked on adaptation to extreme environments at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS), particularly on thermal adaptation and development. She has been involved in the UN World Ocean Assessment and several UN actions (SDGs, BBNJ, Decade of Ocean Science). As president of the Ocean Sustainability Foundation hosted by the CNRS foundation, she promotes the creation of an International Panel of Ocean Sustainability (IPOS).
Ashok Adicéam
Ashok Adicéam serves at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs as Deputy Special Envoy to Ambassador Olivier Poivre d’Arvor since October 2022 and as head of global public affairs for the UN Ocean Conference which will take place in Nice in June 2025. During half of his career at the international diplomatic network of France, he was posted as Director of French Institutes abroad (USA, UK, India, Nigeria) and for the other half, at the helm of private philanthropic foundations where he engaged and lived for several years on 4 continents, including Venice, Shanghai and New Delhi.

Mariana Hahn
Mariana Hahn lives and works between Paris and Berlin. After studying at the ETI, Berlin, she received a diploma in fine arts at Central St. Martins, London. Her practice is motivated by the exploration of the relationship between the body and the transmission of memory and knowledge. Silk, hair and salt, copper are part of her research on memory as its different supports and means of transmission. She investigates the role and definition of these media and their transformation through time and different civilizations. Her works have been exhibited in many places, such as PS120, Haus am Lützowplatz, Diskurs, Berlin, Germany; The Mountain View Museum in Shenzen, Pan Meigu Female Art Museum, Fujian, Redtory Museum of Contemporary Art in Guangzhou, China; Salon Oktobarski - Belgrade Art Biennale, Galleria Mario Iannelli in Rome, Trafo Museum of Contemporary Art, Stettin, Poland and the Biennale for Young Art, Moscow, Russia; Chat Mill6 Foundation Hong Kong.
Andrew Borg Wirth
Andrew Borg Wirth is a curator and architect with an interdisciplinary practice interrogating political themes through collaborative projects with artists, collectives, architects and organisations. He has curated exhibitions at Valletta Contemporary, the Malta Society of Arts and Malta’s National Centre for Creativity, amongst a number of other site-specific projects both in Malta and overseas. His research interests lie at the intersection between cultural and architectural discourse, dealing with nostalgia, public space, memory, monuments and trauma. Andrew is a visiting tutor at the Faculty for the Built Environment at the University of Malta and has published research at the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London (UCL).

Created in exceptional collaboration with the Musée du Louvre, this exhibition offers a reflection on the role and representation of female figures in the Mediterranean world, through an educational and sensory experience based on digital audiovisual technologies. The exhibition is divided into two parts:
An educational documentary on the aft deck
An immersive exhibition at the heart of the catamaran
Through a Sound Odyssey, Ircam and Ircam Amplify invite visitors to explore the sensations of the Mediterranean and discover new soundscapes, both imaginary and real.

Is the museum boat accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Appropriate facilities have been set up on the Festival site for the reception and access of people with reduced mobility. The boat is equipped with a 1m-wide ramp, accessible to people with reduced mobility, but may require the accompaniment of a third party due to its gradient of over 6%. Access to the aft deck and immersive exhibition is possible. However, the upper deck is not accessible. Please inform us in advance of any special accessibility requirements, so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
