Musicatreize Concert
As part of the Art Explora traveling cultural festival, Musicatreize premieres a new work by Zad Moultaka, 'Innana'. This is a love poem about a special couple: the King and his ritual wife. On New Year's Day, preceded by banquets and feasts accompanied by music, song and dance, during the "Sacred Wedding" ceremony, the King is required to "marry" one of the priestesses of Inanna, the goddess of love and procreation, in short the Mother Goddess. This love poem was sung during the reign of women in Sumerian society.

Migensemble and Zad Moultaka
MIGRENSEMBLE, in residence at Musicatreize, is a variable-geometry ensemble dedicated to exploring and experimenting with Eastern and Mediterranean musical cultures. Questioning the instruments, modes and tensions specific to the friction between writing and orality, the ensemble aims to create a dynamic space and a new language rooted in traditional musical, vocal and instrumental practices. This proposal regenerates contemporary Western writing by enriching it with powerful ancient traditions, and conversely breathes new life into traditional music by confronting it with contemporary writing, thereby opening up spaces for musicians rooted in these ancestral practices in search of new horizons.
Musicatreize
The Musicatreize ensemble promotes the practice and coaching of choral singing through artistic and cultural education projects, and promotes the repertoire of the 20th and 21st centuries, constituting a corpus of over 300 creations by major artists. Founded by Roland Hayrabedian in 1987, the ensemble is also closely involved in the creation of new works. Awarded a Victoire de la Musique Classique in 2007 in the Ensemble of the Year category, Musicatreize regularly tours internationally.
