Art Explora at SITEM 2025

On March 25 and 26, 2025, the Art Explora Foundation will be present at the SITEMthe international trade show dedicated to innovation in museums and heritage. The event will be held at the Carrousel du Louvre, in Paris, and will bring together cultural professionals to discuss new practices and technologies in the sector.

Over the two days, Art Explora will be presenting its flagship projects and hosting conferences, demonstrations and discussions on cultural accessibility and innovation.

At programme :

Tuesday, March 25 :

11am - 12pm: Conference: How to reach young people more effectively and encourage intergenerational engagement in culture?
➝ Moderated by Jemima Montagu, UK Director, Art Explora Foundation.

12:30 pm - 1 pm: Demonstration of Art Explora Academy
➝ Presentation of the first free digital platform dedicated to art history.

3:30pm - 4pm: Demonstration of Time Odyssey
➝ A digital adventure game designed to transform school visits to the museum.

‍18h- 19h: Award ceremony for the Festival Musées (em)portables
➝ An event that rewards films made by young people during their cultural visits.

7pm - 8pm: Aperitif-debate: Civic engagement and cultural mediation: what role for museum volunteers?

11h - 11h30: Time Odyssey demonstration

11:30am - 12pm: Presentation of the European Art Explora Award - Académie des beaux-arts
A call for applications from non-profit cultural organizations.

2pm - 3pm: Conference: Fostering encounters with art and culture through mobile and off-site projects
